My family and I began attending All Souls in 2011 and shortly thereafter became members. Primarily, we had hoped to find a place to help shape the worldview of our young daughter, Lydia, who was then four. After spending a year visiting numerous churches, my husband and I knew we had found our spiritual home as well; a community that has since both rooted and guided us throughout various stages of our adulthood. During our time at All Souls, we have given of our time, treasure and talents in different capacities. Our girls continue to participate in the wonderful RE programming, and I have served on a number of committees ranging from Faith in Indiana to the Freedom School Implementation. For the past seven years, I have been privileged to serve as a worship associate. Thank you, All Souls, for contributing to the lives of my family in so many meaningful ways, and for allowing us to reciprocate this generosity as much as possible. I am honored to have been nominated to serve in this important role. I hope to have the opportunity to create deeper bonds with some of my fellow congregants, and to learn and grow while keeping the needs of our community at heart as we move forward in this exciting time. |
