Jean Miller – President

Jean and her husband, Matt, have been members of All Souls since 2003. Their children, David (25) and Grace (22), grew up in the church, and Jean taught RE for many of those years. Jean has served All Souls in many roles, most recently as Vice President and then President of the Board of Trustees. She also chaired the Council several years ago and served on the re-vamped Program Council. She has also served on the Governance Committee, Personnel committee, the RE committee, Bruce Clear’s
sabbatical committee, and she has chaired hiring committees and the nominating committee. She attended UUA’s Midwest Leadership School in 2020 and the Jubilee Three Anti-Racism Workshop in 2021. Jean recently retired from the non-profit organization, the Indiana Recycling Coalition,
where she was the Director of Administration for nearly 10 years. She has extensive non-profit management experience from this role as well as from leading many other volunteer-run non-profit organizations over the years. She loves non-profit management and believes her knowledge and skills will continue to be valuable to the All Souls Board and the church during this time of ministerial transition
