I have lived in Indiana since 2007 and been a member of All Souls since 2014 with my husband Nilesh and our three children, Gayatri, Lavanya, and Jatindra. For the last couple years, I was part of the middle school teaching team in Religious Education and helped with the evening Vespers services. Currently, I am serving on the Board, the Governance Committee, the Diversity & Inclusion Team, and taking part in my first Chalice Circle.

Before coming to Indiana, I was born and raised in Arizona and Alaska where I earned a degree in Theater and Film Directing. I am currently mixing my passion for feminism, organizational skills, and theater background to help put on the Midwest Women’s Herbal Conference each June and September up in Wisconsin where I nourish my budding herbalist talents. Most days, I can be found at home, tending my gardens, herding my chickens, making medicines, writing, home schooling two of my three children, and trying my hand at a variety of fiber-arts crafts.
