Shared Ministry Overview

At All Souls we follow the Dan Hotchkiss’ model of policy governance. In this shared ministry model the church board focuses on setting broad policies and long-term goals, while the day-to-day operations are overseen by the minister and staff. In practical terms this leads to Ministry Teams and Board Committees.
