We acknowledge that churches have historically done harm, and are actively moving away from a place of harm to a place of celebration. Love is at our center! We activate our values with love to dismantle systems of oppression within ourselves, our community, and the world at large.

Creating the Beloved Community
We are committed to moving towards Martin Luther King Jr’s vision of the beloved community, a society where individuals are interconnected, and mutually supportive. We believe in the promise of a faith which is a liberatory message, that recognizes individual’s strengths and the systems that create barriers in their everyday lives.
Welcoming Congregation
The Welcoming Congregations Team is centered around creating an intentional LGBTQ+ welcoming ministry to deepen our practice of welcome, and to support justice initiatives for the LGBTQ+ community. The team is led by Jane Gosling with support from Ron Kieper and meets via Zoom the second Monday evening of the month.
Connection Corner
Before service each Sunday we have a “Connection Corner’”. This is for new folks and current congregants to find out what participation and volunteer opportunities are happening in the near future. Come and experience a sense of belonging and greater purpose that begins at the Connection Corner!
Romanian Partner Church
The Unitarian church originated in Transylvania, which is now a part of Romania. We have had a partner church in Romania since 1990. We have organized five trips to Transylvania, with a sixth planned for September of 2025. These visits have helped to secure a bond between members of our community and the Unitarian Church in Romania.

The Black Church Coalition is a part of Live Free Indiana and is an interfaith black-led effort that advocates for justice.
Dagom Geden Kunkyob Ling Buddhist Monastery
Buddhist monastary in Indianapolis whose mission is to teach, foster and support in accordance with Geden Ear Whispered Lineage established by Lama Je Tsongkhapa.
The East Coast Migrant Head Start Project
The East Coast Migrant Headstart Project is both a renter at All Souls and an in-house partner in building a stronger community.
